If you wish to cancel a confirmed order, please contact our sales team immediately at +91 8709050426 or admin@mecomindustries.in. Cancellation requests will be handled based on order status and logistic progress. Cancellation fees may apply if the product has already been dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in certain circumstances (e.g., stock unavailability, supplier issues, force majeure). If we cancel your order, we will notify you and initiate a full refund where applicable.
Due to the nature of bulk industrial commodities, returns are accepted only in limited situations (e.g., clear evidence of wrong product dispatch or major quality deviation from agreed specifications). Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and supported with photographic or lab evidence.
If a refund is approved, we will process it using the original payment method within a reasonable time (usually within 7–14 business days). The exact timeline may vary depending on the payment provider.
Shipping and logistics charges are non-refundable unless the cancellation or return is initiated due to our error.

If a customer initiates a chargeback via their bank or payment provider without contacting us first, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide our transaction records to the bank.
